BALLET MASTER AT BALLET SCHOOL BASEL

2006-16, Opernhaus, Zürich
During 10 years, has been participating actively to the functioning of the Company. Providing daily class and rehearsals, assisting both Directors / Choreographers Heinz Spöerli and later Christian Spuck in every of their creations. Assisted personally some of the most important Choregraphers of today (Mac Gregor, Lee, Lightfoot, Hauert etc…) Has worked very closely with Heinz Spöerli. Being responsible from many of his projects. Have a range of knowledge going from pure classical Ballet to most important choreographers of the 20th Century (Balanchine,Kilian, Forsythe, Ek…) and as well the new generation as mentioned above. Has been working with many different international companies for setting pieces (Asia, South Africa, Europa) Lately has also worked with some publicity agencies (eqal.ch for example), filming commercials in collaboration with Photographer Francesco Carozzini. Also some Art projects presentations such as Volvo Art Sessions…

2001-16, Junior Ballet Zürich
Created the Junior Ballet of the Zürich Ballet, on a common idea and project for Heinz Spoerli. This young company could be proud of performing in 12 different countries, and formed many young dancers which are all in professional companies today.

1997-02, Schweizerisches Ballet Berufsschule
Responsible of the last upper class, which will make the link to the creation of the Junior Ballet. Being responsible of setting Ballets of H.Spoerli for the end of year Performance.

1996-06, Zürich Ballet
Danced all the roles from Classical repertoire, 20th century choreographers, and of course many new creations. And toured with Company over the whole world, in more than 45 countries. Principal roles in Giselle, Swan Lake, Romeo and Juliet, Sleeping Beauty, G.Balanchine, W.Forsythe, J.Kilian, Mat Ek, H.Van Manen… Appeared as Guest in many different companies in Europe and abroad and participated in many International Gala, such as Melnikoff’s Gala des Etoiles over four continents In 1996 nominated best rising Dancer by German press.

1993-96, Deutsche Oper am Rhein
Hired by Heinz Spoerli as a First Soloist at age 20, for the purpose of creating his Puck in his Midsummernightsdream, a production that will be bought by more than a dozen companies.And has been filmed and broadcasted on Arte over a 10 years period. This being the start of a long collaboration with Heinz Spoerli. During these three seasons, danced a wide range of style and has been nominated best dancer by international Press Started a working relationship with H. Focking, leading to Solos created especially for him and being later integrated in Introdans repertoire.

1991-93, Konijnklijk Ballet van Vlaanderen
Under Director Robert Denvers danced rapidely leading roles in ballets from Balanchine, Nureyew’s Don Quichotte, Giselle, and creations.
