Terms and Conditions


1. The ART of – Events (including Ballet Winter and Summer Courses / Stage de Danse d’Été) are organised by Klymyuk, ART of and are referred to as “the organisers” in these Terms and Conditions.

2. By submitting the application form, the applicant (or their parent/legal guardian if under 18) acknowledges and fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

3. The purpose of the ART of – Ballet Winter or Summer Courses / Stage de Danse d’Été is to provide an educational opportunity for ballet students and professional dancers to enhance their technique and artistry. Participation is a privilege, offering access to instructors affiliated with prestigious schools and companies worldwide. The organisers reserve the right to adjust the course content and structure at their discretion.

4. It is the sole responsibility of participants to obtain valid travel documents (passport, visa, residency permits, etc.) required for entry into Spain.

5. Travel and accommodation arrangements are the responsibility of the participant. The organisers accept no liability for travel or lodging costs.

6. Participants are not permitted to attend the event if they are injured or otherwise medically unfit to take part.

7. The organisers must be informed of any allergies, medical conditions, or other health issues in advance. A written medical declaration must be submitted before participation.

8. Participants are required to attend in appropriate ballet attire, including ballet flats and (for female participants) pointe shoes.

9. The organisers are not liable for injuries, damages, or loss of property during the event. Participation is at the participant’s own risk.

10. All choreographies, artistic works, and exercises created during the course are the exclusive intellectual property of Klymyuk, ART of. Reproduction, sharing, or use is prohibited without prior written consent.

11. The organisers reserve the right to retain the course fee in full in case of withdrawal by the applicant.

12. In case of withdrawal due to injury or illness, refunds will be granted only upon submission of two official medical certificates (not from physiotherapists). Retention of fees applies as follows:
Withdrawal ≥ 3 months before the course: 50% retained
Withdrawal < 3 months: 70% retained
Withdrawal < 1 month: 100% retained (no refund)

13. If the organisers must cancel or reschedule the event, revised dates will be communicated. If rescheduling is not possible, the course fee (excluding travel/accommodation costs) will be refunded. If a participant cannot attend the revised dates, 50% will be refunded.

14. The organisers are not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by force majeure (e.g., epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters, lockdowns). In such cases, no reimbursement of course fees is guaranteed.

15. The organisers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

16. Participants (and parents/legal guardians, if applicable) agree to indemnify and hold harmless Klymyuk, ART offrom any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation.

17. Teachers or guest artists may be changed due to illness or other unavoidable reasons.

18. The application fee is separate from the course fee, must be paid upon application, and is non-refundable.

19. The final schedule will be published on the first day of the course.

20. The Media Service (photo shoot or video package) cannot be cancelled later than three months before the course begins. All photos and videos are protected by copyright law and international treaties. They may only be used by participants for personal purposes (e.g., auditions, portfolio, private use) and not for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the organisers and photographer. Unauthorized reproduction, editing, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

21. Eligibility for professional dancer discounts requires proof of a minimum one-year professional contract.

22. The course fee must be paid within two weeks of confirmation and no later than the application deadline. Late payments incur a 5% surcharge.

23. Participants are strongly advised to obtain personal travel insurance.

24. All photo and video materials recorded during the event are the property of Klymyuk, ART of and may be used for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.

25. All participants must have valid health insurance.

26. All participants must have valid liability insurance.

27. Participants under 18 must provide a signed parental/legal guardian authorisation before the event.

28. Personal data provided during the application process will be collected and processed in accordance with Swiss law, EU GDPR. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

29. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 30 days after proper documentation has been reviewed.

30. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law (jurisdiction: Zurich). In addition, participants agree to comply with the legal requirements of Spain, France or other, as the host country.

31. Klymyuk, ART of reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication.
